About the Position

As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you advise the Bakery Manager and help ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate ordering of bakery items with the Bakery Manager.
• Greet guests and proactively offer assistance.
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage.
• Properly receive, stock goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels.
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on the job and via internal training platform.

Availability

Flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Background in Bakery, Restaurant Management, Culinary, or Grocery experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
