Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Bakery Assistant Department Manager to assist and learn the Bakery Department's plan and management responsibilities to promote sales and achieve profit margins while ensuring a positive environment for guests and employees.

You will assist customers, process orders, answer questions, provide product sampling and suggestive selling, and perform duties of bakery clerks when needed. This role offers opportunities for growth within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred.

Overview

In addition, the Bakery Asst. Dept Manager is able to perform duties of bakery clerks; record and report customer requests; and able to show customers where products are located.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
