Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Baker to join our bakery team. You will be involved in cake production, from prep to finishing, while helping maintain the bakery’s high standards.

The role offers a flexible schedule and training opportunities, with typical hours aligning to M-Sa 8:30am–4pm during regular operation. This position emphasizes teamwork and consistency, helping to craft the cakes that bring joy to our guests.

Responsibilities

*You MUST be available to work M-Sa from 8:30am-4pm with weekly frosting shifts* during regular hours of operation M-Sun.This position is roughly 32-40 hours a week.

New team members receive a 90-day performance review and may be eligible for a pay increase up to $0.50/hour based on performance.
