Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker for our Charlotte, NC bakery. You’ll work alongside skilled bakers to support cake production, maintain quality, and ensure our guests receive the best treats with consistency and care.

Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you are able to support the Bakery because you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests' favorite recipes. You'll make the cakes that make people's days, so you'll get to enjoy yours as well.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to make cakes for their friends and family. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more.
