Job summary

Jobtailor in Oregon seeks an experienced prosecutor to conduct specialized investigations and prosecutions at local, state, and federal levels. Candidates must be active Oregon Bar members with five+ years as prosecutors and significant litigation experience.

The role involves presenting at trainings statewide, advising district attorneys and deputies, and traveling statewide. A thorough criminal background check and references are required.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Oregon State Bar in good standing.
• Five or more years experience as a prosecutor.
• Significant experience litigating cases.
• Demonstrated knowledge of criminal and evidence codes.
• Excellent organization, analytical, oral presentation and advocacy, and writing skills.
• Willing and able to travel statewide, sometimes overnight.
• Able to successfully clear a comprehensive criminal background investigation and reference checks.
