The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance works with the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance to ensure institutional NCAA, Ivy League and ECAC rules compliance governing intercollegiate athletics operations. The role involves tracking compliance items, conducting compliance education, and distributing compliance communications with internal and external constituencies. The Assistant Director serves as a visible steward of the university with direct contact with student‑athletes, coaches, department staff, representatives of athletics interests, and League and other institutions’ administrators.
