The Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at West Texas A&M University assists the Director of Athletic Performance with design and implementation of sport specific speed, strength, agility and conditioning programs for assigned sports.

The Assistant Athletic Performance Coach will assist the Director of Athletic Performance in all aspects of a collegiate strength and conditioning program including design and implementation of sport specific speed, strength, agility and conditioning programs for assigned sports. The Assistant Athletic Performance Coach will be assigned duties that co-ordinate with the daily functions of the Bain Athletic Center Weight Room. Other duties include supervision of graduate assistant(s) and student interns along with daily upkeep and maintenance of the weight room and other duties assigned.
Due to budgetary reasons, West Texas A&M University will not offer H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
