The University of California, Berkeley is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Development to lead fundraising efforts for the Cal Athletics Fund. In this role, you will directly manage a team, oversee major gift donor prospects, and develop strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
Successful candidates will have 3+ years in fundraising management, solid project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities. A bachelor's degree is required. This full-time role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.
Position Overview: This role serves as the Assistant Athletics Director, Development of the Cal Athletics Fund and works closely with the Development Leadership Team to support the implementation of fundraising strategies and goals for the department. The position is responsible for leadership/major giving, directly supervising a team of Leadership Giving Officers, and managing a portfolio of donor prospects to achieve fundraising objectives.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $130,000.00 – $160,000.00. This range reflects the qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience of the individual who will fill the position.
