SUMMARYThe School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, on-campus faculty position. This position is dedicated to undergraduate nursing education and offers an exciting opportunity to prepare the next generation of practice-ready, Christ-centered nurse leaders to provide holistic, evidence-based, community-focused care across diverse healthcare settings.The faculty member will provide leadership in community health nursing education, community engagement, and student mentorship, prepare graduates to address individual and population health needs through health promotion, disease prevention, and the care of vulnerable and underserved populations. The position also plays a key role in strengthening partnerships with local healthcare and community organizations to expand high-quality clinical learning experiences while advancing Palm Beach Atlantic University's mission of preparing nurses to care for the whole person and lead the delivery of Christ-centered healthcare.Primary teaching responsibilities include didactic, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction in community health nursing, as well as the development, coordination, and evaluation of community-based clinical experiences. The faculty member will collaborate with community partners to secure and maintain quality clinical placements that support student learning and service to the community.
