The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego, is committed to academic excellence amoung its faculty, staff, and student body, and is seeking general anesthesiologist faculty.

The Department of Anesthesiology emphasizes postgraduate education in anesthesiology and offers opportunities to develop clinical and research skills in all areas of anesthesiology, critical care, and pain medicine.

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality training and teaching, delivering clinical care, and/or conducting research.

The appropriate series and appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate's background and experience.
