Summary

The Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at LIU Pharmacy invites applications for two full‑time tenure‑track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level in Pharmaceutics. The roles include scholarship, teaching, and service within the College and involve teaching in the M.S., Ph.D., and Pharm.D. programs.

Positions are 12‑month appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scholarly research and publish peer‑reviewed articles.
• Teach graduate programs (M.S., Ph.D.) and the Pharm.D. curriculum.
• Participate in service to the College and department.
• Collaborate with on‑campus and off‑campus researchers.
• Seek and obtain extramural funding to support research and development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics; B.S. in pharmacy preferred.
• Record of teaching experience (e.g., teaching assistant, instructor, lecturer).
• Strong scholarly record with peer‑reviewed publications.
• Demonstrated potential for attracting extramural funding.
