Job summary

Genesis in Albuquerque is seeking an Assistant Admissions Coordinator to maximize the nursing center census in collaboration with the Director of Admissions.

You will implement a streamlined admissions process on a 24/7 basis, ensure sign-in compliance, and drive patient/family satisfaction while coordinating referral flow and post-admission activities using PCC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to adjust work schedule based on nursing center's business needs, specifically admission flow.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Admissions Coordinator is responsible for maximization of the nursing center census.
• Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process on a 24-hour, 7-days per week basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and a high level of patient/family satisfaction.
• Coordinate the nursing center referral flow admissions process including community sales, referral management and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Company's Core Operating System (PCC).
• Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and responsible party.

Posted Salary Range
