You will help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies, while upholding a high standard of resident care and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia.
• Proven experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the administrator in the administration, direction, and coordination of all activities within the nursing center.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction by addressing concerns from residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Help maintain a positive and stable work environment for staff.
