We welcome candidates with research interests in any area of accounting, with a preference for candidates with professional accounting work experience as well as experience at the Assistant Professor level. We seek colleagues who will actively pursue scholarly research and enthusiastically approach teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The AACSB-accredited Ed G. Smith College of Business offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees in a variety of business disciplines. Within the College, the separately AACSB-accredited accounting program offers a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting. The Master of Accounting program has an outstanding career placement rate and is one of the top programs in the state of Missouri for graduates passing the CPA Exam.
