Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a client service professional to support an account service team and assist Producers by servicing existing accounts. This role provides independent responsibility for specific account-related client service tasks.

The position involves preparing exposure workbooks, reviewing quotes for proposals, gathering renewal information, and maintaining accurate data in the agency system while supporting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.
• Requests various information related to renewals for clients such as applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals.
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, and corrects account discrepancies.
• May participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Gathers information for applications.
• Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.
• Researches requests for information from underwriters.
• Composes correspondence to insured and/or underwriters.
• Prepares draft certificate templates for review and approval.
• Analyzes certificate requests and ensures clients needs are met.
• Inputs applications and creates letters, and other forms of correspondence.
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with policies and laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) or more years related work experience
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor
• Valid Insurance License
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
