Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to fully support the Sales Team in daily activities and account coordination. The role involves building relationships with buyers, pulling weekly sales data, and assisting with market preparation and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with account Buyers and Assistant Buyers.
• Pull weekly sales information and assist with market prep and appointments.
• Set up line sheets for market and coordinate post-market follow-up.
• Maintain purchase orders and shipping logs; ensure accuracy.
• Distribute ecomm images and copy to accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on order discrepancies and issues.
• Update weekly status reports and track marketing/MD funding requests.
• Conduct seasonal competitive shopping analysis.
• Communicate daily with accounts; handle ad hoc projects.

Overview

The Assistant Account Executive (AE) will fully support the Sales Team in all daily activities. Coordinating projects and communicating with the accounts. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with account Buyer & Assistant Buyers
• Pull weekly sales information
• Assist Sales Team with market preparation and appointments
• Set up line sheets for market
• Assist Sales Team with post-market follow-up & account communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase order and shipping log
• Send all ecomm images and copy to all accounts
• Work with Customer Service Team on order discrepancies & issues
• Update weekly status reports
• Track all marketing & MD funding requests from accounts
• Seasonal competitive shopping analysis
• Day to day communication with accounts
• Ad hoc projects
