Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ year supervisory and direct service delivery experience.
• HIPAA compliance and client data handling are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements including supervision hours.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians; provide training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Prepare reports and participate in team meetings for program improvement.
