Job summary

The workload is roughly 30% creative design and 70% production, with a focus on digital/web formats and print-ready materials. A portfolio and 1–3 years in design within financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Portfolio of designer’s work (weblink or PDF) required.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services or corporate marketing.
• Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; After Effects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for market insights, products, and brand values.
• Design high-fidelity web banners, social graphics, and email assets for campaigns.
• Create infographics translating financial data and market outlooks into clear visuals.
• Produce short motion design assets and edit talking-head videos per templates.
• Manage templates and format content for collateral, pitch books, and product materials.
• Refine PowerPoint presentations ensuring brand consistency and proper typography.
• Support event branding with stage backdrops, signage, and booth layouts.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Portfolio: Portfolio of designer’s work as weblink or PDF is required.Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert knowledge of InDesign (multi-page document layout), Illustrator (vector graphics), and Photoshop (image editing).
