• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and interpret asset servicing events (restructurings, loan repricing, bankruptcies) and their impact on operations.
• Interpret covenant structures, financial statements, and testing ratios to build delivery schedules.
• Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle and amendments through maturity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to improve processes and controls.
• Escalate risk and coordinate with compliance and risk teams as needed.
