Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action.Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively. Monitors financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget.Team Management (cross-functional/matrix): Creates teamwork by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication. Identifies team strengths and assigns roles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Encourages collaboration to contribute to project success.Scope (Change) Management: Adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances or new information. Clearly defines and controls the project scope to prevent scope creep. Manages change requests while ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints. Maintains focus on deliverables and ensures they meet agreed-upon requirements.Technical Project Management Skills (incl. Scheduling): Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Effectively uses tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
