Job summary

Nemak Wisconsin is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure effective delivery of reliability activities across the Wisconsin Business Unit, analyze equipment performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in industrial maintenance, 5+ years in maintenance/reliability engineering, and expertise in vibration analysis, thermography, and Six Sigma/RCM/TPM/CMRP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with Maintenance/Reliability engineering and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Vibration Analysis.
  • Thermography.
  • Six Sigma/RCM/TPM/CMRP.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history to identify reliability improvement opportunities and deploy engineering solutions.
  • Develop business cases and cost justification analyses to support equipment upgrades and reliability investments.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and supply chain teams to develop and maintain critical spare parts strategies.
  • Develop and deliver technical training focused on failure prevention, root cause elimination, and reliability best practices.

Objective
