Buc-ee's Ltd in Texas is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to protect assets and ensure compliance with internal controls through store inspections and supervision.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance, reporting irregularities, directing traffic, and maintaining safety during busy periods. The role requires ability to work rotating day/night shifts and to handle high-pressure environments with professionalism.

Formación

• Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed Peace Officer.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Walk and observe store areas including entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor surveillance and inspect buildings, equipment and access points.
• Complete reports and document observations and incidents.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policy.
• Interact with customers professionally and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain attendance and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
