Responsibilities

• De-escalate situations involving associates, visitors, and contractors using professional techniques.
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies (medical, fire alarms).
• Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies and procedures.
• Complete detailed incident reports with accurate descriptions and actions taken.
• Monitor security via CCTV and conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior premises.
