Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/safety, or security-related field
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety auditing processes
• Familiarity with access control equipment and incident investigations

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains access control equipment
• Supports facility security staff and implements security policies
• Conducts safety and food safety audits and reviews
• Investigates incidents and supports workers’ compensation records
• Drives data collection and reporting to identify security risks
