Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate or 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field.
• Knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines and OSHA basics.
• Ability to monitor and maintain access control equipment and to engage with facility security staff.

Responsibilities

• Supports facility security staff and monitors access control equipment.
• Ensures adherence to asset protection policies and safety guidelines.
• Conducts and documents safety, security, and loss prevention audits.
• Addresses health and safety issues and raises risks to facility management.
• Manages stakeholder communication and coordinates with relevant teams on security matters.
