Qualifications

• 6 months experience as Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field.
• Experience in asset protection, safety and security principles, including OSHA guidelines.
• Knowledge of incident reporting and audits in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support asset protection and security tasks across the facility.
• Monitor access control equipment and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct daily safety and food safety audits and prepare reports.
• Assist with investigations, worker safety programs, and incident follow-ups.
• Coordinate with health and safety teams to address risks and compliance.
