• Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud in the assigned store.
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud and review surveillance and exception reports.
• Monitor store security and audit Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
• Prepare accurate, detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; may testify in court actions.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty; uphold integrity and store objectives.
