Burlington Stores is seeking a DC Asset Protection Supervisor to lead a multi-shift team of up to 40 associates, ensuring safety, security, and operational integrity at distributed sites. The role focuses on theft mitigation, data-driven decisions, and fostering strong partnerships with internal teams.

The position requires experience in asset protection, familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarms, and the ability to manage weekend and overnight schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in asset protection, loss prevention, or related field.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ associates preferred.
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 40 associates across shifts, including overnights and weekends.
• Investigate incidents of theft or fraud and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee truck gate accuracy, yard audits, and documentation of shipments.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to enforce security policies.
