Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in security or at least 1 year of work experience.
• Basic report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect exterior/parking lot to mitigate hazards.
• Walk inspections of backroom and sales floor.
• Review cashier exception reports.
• Conduct internal theft surveillance.
• Review theft activity reports and follow up as needed.
• Conduct shoplifting surveillance.
• Report safety hazards to Store Leadership for action.
• Test and inspect camera equipment for operation.
• Review alarm system printer for suspicious activity.
• Assist in apprehension of violators and prosecutions.
• Document incident histories and write complete reports.
• Testify in criminal and civil court proceedings.
• Follow safety practices and policies diligently.
• Uphold 200% safety accountability and perform other duties.
