Job summary

Family Dollar seeks an Asset Protection Investigation Analyst to analyze large data sets, identify business needs, and support AP technologies. The role develops tools and reporting for fraud, case management, and AP programs to help protect store assets.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects with vendors, delivering KPI reports, and presenting findings to executive leaders. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tool experience are required, along with a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required and 2–3 years’ analytical experience preferred.
Expert Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Experience leveraging business intelligence and query tools.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience using CCTV systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Asset Protection – Technology Programs to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Identify opportunities and coordinate projects across Asset Protection teams and vendors.
Analyze large data sets to identify business needs and support AP technologies.
Produce weekly and monthly reports including KPIs and fraud trends for leadership.
Develop and deliver presentations and reporting solutions for Corporate and Field AP and Operations leaders.
Support ad hoc data requests from leadership in Asset Protection and Operations.
Review exceptions with field teams to control shrink.
