Walmart is seeking an hourly associate for Walmart #1921 in Manahawkin, NJ. This full-time role focuses on greeting, helping and thanking customers, verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and keeping store entrances safe and secure.

Responsibilities

• Greet, help and thank customers at the store entrances.
• Verify purchases and assist with returns.
• Maintain entrance security and deter loss.
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the right department.
• Support cashiers and front-end operations during busy periods.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
