Job summary

Nordstrom in Arlington is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to help maintain a safe environment for customers and employees. You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and work with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with the Asset Protection Manager, store leadership, and local law enforcement. The role emphasizes partnership across Store Operations and Asset Protection functions to drive results.

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe, secure environment for our people, customers, and assets. In this role, you’ll support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with the Asset Protection Manager, store leadership teams, and local law enforcement agencies. Collaboration across Store Operations and Asset Protection functions will be critical to success.

A day in the life…

Physical Requirements

• This is a hands-on, high-volume role requiring physical labor and continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which include reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$23.35 - $24.30 Hourly
