Walmart in College Station, TX is seeking a full-time security-focused associate to help protect people, merchandise and property across the Walmart Supercenter. You will investigate incidents, think critically, and work to resolve complex security challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers mid-shift or closing hours with competitive pay and benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and access to Walmart education programs.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
