Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
