TEKsystems seeks an Asset Manager to support a high-volume content delivery team. You’ll handle administrative tasks, help strategists daily, and ensure assets meet branding and legal standards before publication across channels.

A major international software company is seeking an Asset Manager to support the content team. We produce high-quality digital marketing content, including web, e-mail, SEO articles, and e-books at a massive volume inhouse and give other projects to agencies. We need you to help us with mostly administrative tasks to keep the content machine running in the bg and support content strategists in their daily work.
Our team believes in connecting with customers at scale, supporting them at each stage of the customer journey, especially through the early awareness and consideration stages. Youll be a key player in ensuring that our content leads can work effectively by taking over administrative and recurring tasks enabling us to deliver high-quality content for our customers.
The asset manager reviews global and localized assets for branding and legal requirements and approves them for publication to various distribution channels. Working with many stakeholders along the content supply chain, including content owners, traffic managers, vendor managers and legal, to deliver the right content to the right channel at the right time.
Review and approval of global and localized assets: Review of branding and legal requirements to ensure compliance with marketing publication rules.
Publishing of assets: Ensure fast publishing through tight cooperation within the content team and other stakeholders.
Processes and Tools: Understand and manage assets in the authoring systems, central content management system and distribution channels and Partner Portal to guarantee a seamless publishing flow.
Consult on publishing prerequisites and processes: Help content owners and traffic/account managers understand publishing requirements.
Technical support: Provide support along the publishing process, such as ticketing, training of content owners and creation of guides or documentations.
Report on projects: Track and report on completed, reviewed and published assets.
Manage special projects: Provide support as needed for projects within asset management and across content operations.
2+ years content support or project management experience in an enterprise-scale environment.
Structured and thorough working style plus being proactive.
Good communicator.
Solid stakeholder management experience.
Creative problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
Experience in Adobe Workfront.
EST time zone a must as the rest of the team is based in Germany.
This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
