Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing proposal process with the leasing team to align with business plan objectives and proforma underwriting.
• Co-manage broker relationships and conduct market research on leases/sales comps, supply-demand fundamentals, and occupancy trends.
• Lead capital deployment discussions with equity and debt partners on leasing strategy, quarterly performance, and ad hoc projects.
• Direct financial planning and forecasting with property management, operations, and accounting for budgets, capex, distributions, and cash flow.
• Partner with the Development team to monitor TCO dates, lease commencements, budgets, and weekly progress reports for smooth transitions to asset management.
• Lead financial due diligence for key capital transactions to safeguard and maximize asset value.
• Synthesize complex property and market data into actionable reporting for senior leadership.

What Youll Do

• In this role the successful candidate will Oversee the leasing proposal process in collaboration with the leasing team providing approval to ensure all deals align with business plan objectives and exceed proforma underwriting
• Serve as an internal market expert by co managing key broker relationships and conducting detailed marketsubmarket research including leasesale comps supplydemand fundamentals and occupancy trends to inform underwriting and competitive positioning
• Act as a strategic thought leader in capital deployment leading recurring discussions with equity and debt partners to provide insights on leasing strategy quarterly performance and ad hoc projects
• Direct comprehensive financial planning and forecasting processes collaborating seamlessly with property management operations and accounting to oversee annual budgets cap ex distributions and cash flow
• Partner with the Development team to monitor TCO dates lease commencement dates construction budgets and weekly progress reports ensuring smooth transitions from development to active management
• Lead financial due diligence efforts for key capital transactions to safeguard and maximize asset value
• Synthesize complex property and market data into actionable reporting and recommendations for senior leadership ensuring asset level strategies remain tightly aligned with broader organizational goals

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree required
• preferred study in Accounting Finance Real Estate or Business5 years of professional background with 2 3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis preferred
