You’ll review reports and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing and timely responses. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of general experience, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of securities products such as equities, ADRs, ETFs,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of managed account practices and product types.
• Understanding of banking, finance, and securities trading.
• Ability to calculate transactions accurately and present analysis.
• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, business or finance are preferred; HS acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Overlay accounts to trading models and execute trades per product guidelines.
• Facilitate team workflow and process trade requests timely.
• Generate reports and review data for accuracy.
• Address inquiries from internal departments and resolve issues.
• Perform tax loss harvesting and asset overlap analyses.
