Job summary

SitusAMC invites applications for a 12-week summer internship in Real Estate Asset Management. The program runs June 1 to August 14 with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week).

The intern will support debt asset management, analyze loans, and prepare asset-level reports under supervisor guidance. Qualified undergraduates in finance/real estate with strong quantitative and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document investment committee memoranda; review deal structure, funds flow, economics and servicing requirements.
• Assist in preparing and presenting credit recommendations for lender approval (loan extensions, draw funding, borrower consents, lease approvals).
• Gather market data, financial statements, maintain rent rolls; assist in asset-level reporting in Excel (cash flow, variance analysis, budget).
• Build and perform LTV, DSCR analyses.
• Review draw requests (construction, TI/LC, capex).
• Monitor ongoing portfolio updates (loan extensions, modifications, closings).
• Participate in two projects: team project and capstone final project.

ProgramDescription

Oursummer2027internshipprogramis12-weeks.Itisdesignedtofullyimmerseyouintheday-to-dayactivitiesofourdebtassetmanagementteam and oversight of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans comprising a broad range of property types, sponsors, deal structures and markets. The internship will run from June 1 to August 14 and utilize a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Specificresponsibilitiesinclude :

• Analyzeloandocumentsandinvestmentcommitteememoranda;reviewandunderstanddealstructure,fundsflow,economics,andservicingrequirementsasdetailedindealsummariesandlegaldocuments.

• Monitortheongoingportfolioupdatesincludingbutnotlimitedtoloanextensions,modifications,upsize,collateralreview,constructionloans,newclosing,andotherpipelineevents.

• Participateintwoprojects:ateamprojectandcapstonefinalprojectattheendoftheinternship

Qualificationssought :

• Currentlypursuinganundergraduatedegreeinfinance,realestate,orrelatedmajor.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$25.00 - $25.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
