Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Global Liquidity Client Account Analyst to deliver high quality service to financial intermediaries and corporate investors. You will monitor cash flows, process trades, settlements, and reconciliations, and respond to client requests with independence and sound judgment.

You will escalate issues to Client Account Managers as needed and contribute to maintaining accurate cash positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow reports, accept and process client transactions, settlements and reconciliations
• Assist with access and troubleshooting matters related to online Trading and Account Management platform
• Assist with client request processing, problem resolution, information requests, and duties to support maintenance of client accounts
• Operate independently and exercise sound judgement in troubleshooting issues and escalating problems to Client Account Managers as needed

Job description

Drive the engine of Global Liquidity client service—own cash flows, trades, settlements, reconciliations, and rapid resolutions for financial intermediaries and corporates with independent judgment at a leading asset manager.

As a Global Liquidity Client Account Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to Global Liquidity financial intermediaries and corporate investors. Analyst tasks include cash flow monitoring, trade processing, settlement and reconciliation, client request processing, problem resolution, information requests, and any other duties in support of ongoing maintenance of client accounts. In fulfilling these client facing responsibilities, you will be expected to operate independently and exercise sound judgement in troubleshooting issues and escalating problems to Client Account Managers as needed.
