Fund Financing Solutions (“FFS”) extends financing to private capital funds secured against fund collateral (NAV and borrowing-base facilities). We are seeking an VP in Asset Management to own post-close collateral surveillance, covenant monitoring and collateral performance analysis for the Equity Funds Financing portfolio.
The role is Front Office and accountable for collateral tracking integrity, covenant and concentration-limit monitoring, collateral performance analysis, and portfolio risk reporting. It partners with the FFS Deal Team on collateral performance and works closely with Operations, which reconciles and processes the borrowing base report into the system — this role exercises credit and commercial judgment over the resulting collateral position.
