Job summary

Blue Owl Capital in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Finance, Operations & Accounting Intern for an 8-week Summer 2027 program. You will gain hands-on experience in asset management, investment research, financial analysis, and client-facing projects.

The internship offers mentorship from seasoned professionals, opportunities to network within Blue Owl, and exposure to multiple business areas across our platform. This role is on-site in our New York or other listed offices.

Qualifications

Class of 2028 or 2029.
Interest in the Alternative Asset Management landscape.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Leverage AI as a tool to drive efficiencies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Genuine interest in financial markets, investments and asset management.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings and provide input on relevant topics.
Make meaningful contributions for the team on special projects and tasks relevant to the business in which you will support.
Conduct research and gather data to support specific departments or projects.
Collaboration on team projects, reports, and presentations.
