Job summary

PNC seeks a Senior Business Development Officer based in Louisville, KY, to drive new revenue by educating prospects on AMG capabilities, including OCIO, 401(k), and fixed income solutions for nonprofits, corporations, and retirement plans.

You will identify opportunities, engage with Centers of Influence, and build long-term relationships with internal partners while maintaining a data-driven focus and a client-centric approach to prioritize outcomes across teams.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years industry experience.
• Strong sales and client development track record.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify AMG clients and educate about capabilities to generate new revenue.
• Call on prospects and Centers of Influence to sell AMG products and services.
• Analyze market trends and coordinate with management to pursue opportunities.
• Educate partners on the value of AMG capabilities and complete book of business reviews.
• Maintain timely sales administration tasks and mentor team members where applicable.
