Job Description: Asset Health Analyst

ANDRITZ is seeking a motivated Vibration Analyst to join our Predictive Maintenance and Reliability team.
We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in developing a career in vibration analysis and equipment reliability. Previous vibration analysis experience or certification is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, rotating equipment, reliability, or related technical fields are encouraged to apply.
This is a hands‑on field position supporting an operating Pulp & Paper facility. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and willing to learn vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance technologies.
The Vibration Analyst will work alongside experienced analysts and reliability professionals, receiving hands‑on technical development while progressively building the skills required to independently evaluate equipment condition and provide maintenance recommendations.
ANDRITZ is looking for candidates who are motivated to learn and develop their technical capabilities. The successful candidate will have opportunities for hands‑on development in vibration analysis, rotating equipment diagnostics, online condition monitoring, ultrasound, precision lubrication, and other predictive maintenance technologies.
You will work alongside experienced analysts and Subject Matter Experts while developing toward greater independence in machinery diagnostics and equipment health assessment.
