Qualifications

• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in structured finance and asset-backed securitization transactions.
• Structure and negotiate complex financial products across asset classes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Provide legal counsel on financial regulations and compliance matters.
