Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage delinquency levels within the assigned portfolio through outbound calls, letters, and third-party providers. You will assist customers with reconciliations and analyze credit information to determine appropriate actions.

Collaborating with customers, their representatives, and internal partners, you will recommend payment arrangements and modifications to resolve delinquency and protect interests of the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of collections experience, preferably commercial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $21.00 - $41.50 Hourly. The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
