Flint Hills Resources in Rosemount, MN, is seeking an Asset Engineer for the Alkylation Unit. You will own equipment health, reliability, and availability, collaborating with Operations, Process Engineering, and Reliability & Construction to improve performance and uptime.
You will lead complex troubleshooting, scope repairs and turnarounds, and manage reliability strategies. Some overtime and inclusion of nights or weekends during turnarounds may be required, with safety as a priority.
Flint Hills Resources is looking to hire an Asset Engineer at our Pine Bend refinery in Rosemount, MN. The Asset Engineer has accountability to the health, performance, and availability of the assets in their defined area; this role is specifically focused on the Alkylation Unit. This is a key role in the refinery that will work with many disciplines, primarily: Operations, Process Engineering, Reliability & Construction. The Asset Engineer is a core team member of the Production Area Team. This team exists to excel in maintaining, improving and restoring assets needed to run the refinery every day.
Play a leading role in maintaining and improving equipment availability of your designated area. Work with a team that has diverse knowledge focused on availability, risk management, cost optimization, and business improvement.
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
