Love's Travel Stops in Oklahoma City seeks an Asset Coordinator I to handle asset tracking and logistics across locations. You will receive, inventory, deploy equipment, and supply replacements while coordinating warranty support where needed.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely shipping/receiving, and loss prevention, with growth opportunities in a large, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient with current technologies and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management to provide counts to management.
• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete materials.
• Ensure incoming product is received and managed properly.
• Ensure materials are ready and available for shipment.
• Ship and receive equipment for the warehouse and repair depot.
• Follow processes to limit loss and prevent asset theft.
• Validate and track equipment leaving IT Inventory.
• Prepare equipment for salvage and schedule pickups.
