JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE, is seeking a Financial Reporting Asset Class Controller, Analyst, to oversee financial statements, manage quarter/annual reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance across the firm.

You will partner with line of business controllers, perform variance analysis, consolidate data, and support month-end close, with emphasis on data integrity and control improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• Proficient Excel with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial control, SEC/Reg Reporting knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with line of business controllers, financial control, product controllers, technology, operations and legal entity controllers.
• Partner with FFC teams globally.
• Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness and provide variance commentaries for asset classes.
• Assist in assessment of issues and outcomes; clearly communicate financial information to lines of business and flag potential issues.
• Participate in production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for regulatory agencies.
• Ensure accurate data submission to Regulators and interpret/regulatory/SEC requirements; coordinate internal and external policies.
• Engage in special projects and drive process improvements to enhance controls.
• Perform control procedures to ensure integrity of reported financial results.
• Contribute to data quality reviews and external reporting improvement projects.
