Agricultural Research Service, National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS, seeks a professional to manage all phases of the personal property, vehicle fleet, purchase card, and acquisition programs and to serve as the Location's Point of Contact and Liaison with the Area Office.

This position may also support other management unit locations and will work closely with the Administrative Officer to ensure compliant property management and efficient operations.

• Monitors and updates the CPAIS - Personal Property system to track, record, and dispose of personal property assets; provides activity reports to the location Administrative Officer
