Job summary

Saks Global is seeking an Asset Protection Investigator to join our on-site Distribution Center, reporting to the Asset Protection Manager. You will help prevent losses from theft and fraud while maintaining safety and documenting incidents.

The role requires 1+ years of loss prevention experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Compensation includes an hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and an employee discount.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
• Assess and help with emergency situations.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for internal or external theft, and fraud.
• Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents properly.
• Prepare and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
• Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits and training.
• Support and participate in store operations programs.

You Will Be

As an Asset Protection Investigator, you will work as a member of our Asset Protection team to prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. You will work on-site in our Distribution Center and report to the Asset Protection Manager.

What You Will Do

Salary And Other Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is between $ 21.53 - $26.91 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
